📚 Ordering & Shopping

How do I place an order online?

Ordering is easy! Simply browse our catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to create an account or check out as a guest. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and digital wallets. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Can I order books not currently in stock?

Absolutely! We can special order most books that aren't currently available in our store. Contact us with the title, author, and ISBN (if available). Special orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks, and we'll notify you when your book is ready for pickup or shipping.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards are available in any denomination from $10 to $500. Physical gift cards can be purchased in-store, and digital gift cards can be ordered online for immediate email delivery. Gift cards never expire and can be used both in-store and online.

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping: $9.99 (2-3 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $14.99 (1-2 business days)

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $35. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time, but we're working to expand our shipping options in the future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status and tracking information.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Books must be in original, resalable condition with your receipt or order confirmation. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Returned items should be sent back in their original packaging when possible.

How do I return an item?

For in-store purchases, bring the item with your receipt to our store. For online orders, log into your account, select the order, and click "Request Return." Print the prepaid return label and ship the item back to us. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.

Do you buy used books?

Yes! We purchase gently used books for store credit or cash. Bring your books to our store for evaluation. We focus on recent bestsellers, literary classics, and books in excellent condition. Books must be clean, free of writing or damage, and published within the last 5 years for most genres.

How do I join your book club or loyalty program?

Join our free Reader Rewards program online or in-store. Members earn 1 point for every dollar spent, receive exclusive discounts, and get early access to author events and new releases. Reach 100 points and receive a $10 reward certificate. Our monthly book club is free to join - check our events page for meeting times and current selections.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping for in-store purchases. For online orders, professional gift wrapping is available for $3.99 per item. You can also include a personalized gift message at no additional charge.
